LOAD is recruiting a Tech Lead to join a strategic project for one of our clients with strong growth ambitions. This is an opportunity to lead OT and industrial network initiatives, drive IT/OT integration, and shape secure, high-performing systems in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
OT Networks:
- Design, configure, and maintain industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP).
- Ensure segmentation, redundancy, and high availability.
IT/OT Integration:
- Ensure secure communication between industrial systems and corporate platforms.
- Implement security policies according to IEC 62443.
Network Management & Security:
- Monitor network traffic and performance.
- Apply hardening, manage firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
Systems Administration:
- Manage servers, virtualization, SCADA/MES systems.
- Ensure backups, updates, and cybersecurity compliance.
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Assist operations teams in resolving OT and connectivity incidents.
Documentation:
- Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
